Hand dyed Polwarth/ Silk (85/15) wool roving (combed top) for spinning and felting in Three Waters Farm colorway Forest Green. Each braid weighs 4 ounces.

Slippery but well worth learning how to deal with it

The colors were exactly what I was looking for to combine with a three different 2-ply warp yarns from my great aunt about 40 years ago. Getting used to the slipperiness of the silk was a challenge at first. It helped that I love spinning with Polwarth.
