Shipping
Three Waters Farm will package and ship your order within 48 hours for in-stock items.
Items that are still being made, as shown on the item page, will be shipped when ready.

Holiday Shipping
Prior to holidays, we ship your orders the next day and on the same day for orders placed before noon.
Pick an expedited shipping method if you need your order sooner than USPS Priority or UPS Ground delivers. Estimated shipping times are shown during checkout or you can check them from your shopping cart, by clicking on the "Shipping Estimator" button.

Returns
You may return most items sold by Three Waters Farm.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

To make a return e-mail us at support@threewatersfarm.com within 10 days of the shipping date, and we will send you return shipping instructions. Please keep items to be returned in like-new condition.
