Folding Triangle Scarf Pattern

Another innovative pattern from Lynne Vogel.

Great pattern for worsted weight yarns of all types. Triangles are formed with three different techniques to form an interestingly textured scarf. Folding Triangle stitch section creates a pleated fabric around neckline area. Omit Finishing Triangle edging for a more masculine look.

Finishing measurements:
Length: 56"
Width: 5" at ends, 3" in "folding triangle" stitch central portion

Yardage: allow 200 yds of worsted weight yarn
For a longer scarf, more yardage will be required.

Needles: US size 9 (5.5 mm)
